Women's Day today. I have the impression that it is now celebrated in Poland with only a little more involved than the recent Valentine's Day. Were it not for the media, the atmosphere would be very summer. It is less a florist in Chojnice than in the days of PRL. When today after a fruitless search for florists in Carrefour (gave way to place mobile phone networks), rode on the street. Defenders Chojnice, I was third in line. Fortunately, was able to realize my plan - were carnations. Earlier in the C. .. I bought a pack for Grazyna tights. I bought three bunches of 3 cloves - wife, mother and mother in law. As you might guess, I decided to recreate the climate of PRL. Lacking only a pack of coffee "Orient" and "Robusta". It would be the only problem with the grinding of their counterpart, so I forgave myself the purchase.
As for the PRL times, and this day is the most stick in my mind that in 1984. I worked then, now defunct, in Chojnice Bydgoszcz branch of the General Construction Company. I was an employee of control quality. I checked the reinforcement work concreters, ready conglomerates. In such works inevitably there were few women. On this day we did the internal events at the precast plant. The attached photo comes from that of 1984. It is a girl with cloves, which then worked in the DUS-owskim office in accounting. His name is Mariola. Quite accidentally went to the same class in the New Town High School, which my sisters - twins. I remember that day I blurted out the first and last cigarette in my life. It happened just by Mariola. Have often przygadywałem her to not smoked cigarettes. During the event, said that if I burn a cigarette, it is no more that day does not light cigarettes. I took this unusual plant. Sorry, but I was not able to enlist not once, so it was considered that the condition is not fulfilled. When twenty years later I visited her in Ciechocinie with his family, she told me that he only recently quit smoking. Also that day had good to remember.
